DELIVERY

All purchases that include a cable or satellite receiver will be delivered by parcelforce courier.   

Firstly Iwantabox.com are proud to announce that ALL delivery is included on ALL products being purchased for UK or Ireland destinations*.

We have links with some of the biggest courier companies in the UK and this is why we are able to offer better prices than our competition in this field.

If in the UK and purchasing your box Monday-Thursday your box will be delivered within 24-48 hours from dispatch.

If elsewhere within Europe and purchasing your box Monday-Wednesday you will receive your box within 48-72 hours from dispatch.

Please do not email us before this time regarding delivery tracking. All parcels are sent via Parcelforce/GLS.

If you do not receive your box within 10 days please inform us. If you leave it longer than this time then we will hold no responsibility for missing parcels.

All other items (Televisions, Video Glasses, Consoles) please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

All purchases will be delivered to the address provided on your Iwantabox registration and not the address on your PayPal account.  If you would like your purchase to be delivered to an alternative address please do email this to dispatch@iwantabox.com directly after making your payment or change these details on your Iwantabox account.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

Iwantabox now offer same day dispatch.  Your order will go out the same day you make payment!  This is available on all orders that include a Cable or Satellite receiver.  Delivery will be 24 hours from dispatch.

This service does cost £10 and is currently only available to our UK customers.  This can be purchased via the website at checkout.  If you do have any troubles let us know at info@iwantabox.com

All orders will need to be received by 4pm Mon-Thurs.  Any orders received Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Saturday delivery is also available.  This will need to be purchased via our customer services department as this is currently unavailable on the website.  This is £15 and only available to UK customers.  All Saturday delivery orders will need to be received by 3pm Friday.
