I placed an order last week and got an email back stating it was €48. It stated on your web site that it was free shipping. Can you please advise me on this matter?

If I order today when will I receive my box?
All orders should be received within 1-3 working days.
Can I have a Saturday delivery?
Yes you can have a Saturday delivery. However, there will be an extra charge of 10.00. If ordering in the UK you will need to purchase your box by Thursday 7pm. If you are in any other countries you will need to place your purchase by Wednesday 7pm and notify us by email to see if your area is covered by saturday delivery. Please do email our team at info@iwantabox.com to arrange this.
How can I pay for my box?
We accept many methods of payment! Firstly you can visit the site and click the Buy It Now button on any product and then choose either PayPal or Google Checkout. You do not need to have an account to pay via PayPal and can use Credit/Debit card. We will also accept Cheque and Postal Order payments, if wishing to pay with this method please do contact us for details. We also accept Western Union and do offer a 5% discount for using this payment method.

Do you sell single remotes?
Yes, we do! We sell single Starview and Eurovox remote controls, Please see our Cable Accessories page for full list of products.
Can I specify a different shipping address?
Yes, we will send to the address you specify! Please send all details of your purchase with the required postal address to info@iwantabox.co.uk. Please do this directly after payment to ensure correct delivery. Please do give the full postal address, any incomplete address will be charged a postal fee. If purchasing from Ireland you will need to supply a contact telephone number to avoid delivery delays.
Can anyone order wholesale?
Yes, anyone can order wholesale at I want a Box!
Please contact us with details of quantity and a contact telephone number. A member of our team will contact you to take Credit/Debit card payment. Alternatively please forward your Email address and a member of our team will forward a PayPal money request.
Do I need to purchase any extras, such as cables?
All included accessories with each product are listed. Any further accessories needed you can purchase on the site! Do not hesitate to ask us about this via email.
What countries do our boxes work in?
All of our boxes work in the UK and Ireland. Our satellite receivers work WORLDWIDE!
Are boxes plug and play?
Boxes are not supplied as plug and play for legal reasons. You will be provided with our free to air download link upon purchase.
Are there added costs to what is advertised on your site, such as postage and packing?
No, all costs are included.
My EPG isn’t working on my box, what do I do?
Sadly, the EPG is a software problem. I’m afraid we cannot assist with this as we do not assist with software
Do you offer technical support?
Due to legal reasons we can only assist you with the FTA setup of boxes. However, as stated in our Terms and Conditions if your box is faulty please do not hesitate to contact our technical support team.
What if i have not yet received my box?
Please do make sure you allow enough time for delivery. Please see "If I order today when will I receive my box?" for more information. If you have still not received your box after the time stated please do contact us at info@iwantabox.com ensure that you include your full purchase details.
What if I change my mind about my purchase, can I return?

My box appears to be faulty, can I return it?
Yes you can return for a working replacement (postage payable by the customer).
If your box is returned working you will be charged a fee, please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
I have returned my box and not heard anything?
As stated in our Terms and Conditions you must leave upto 14 days for testing. We will contact you via Email within this time period. If you have still not been notified please do not hesitate to contact us at info@iwantabox.com with your full purchase details.
What channels will I receive with a Satellite box?
This does depend on the size of your dish and where you are in the world. We would advise visiting www.lyngsat.com for up to date information on satellites.
What channels will I receive with a Cable box?
Our boxes are for Free to Air useage only. You will receive all Free to Air channels.
What networks and connections will these boxes work with?
Due to legal reasons we cannot discuss connections to networks. It is the customers duty to ensure they are within the boundaries of UK and EU law. Connecting to a live network will contravene their Terms and Conditions.
Which boxes work with Analogue Cable?
In the UK there is no Analogue Cable. In Ireland these are usually the MMDS connections and require The Box T or The Box depending on the area. We do advise researching this before purchase. This is out of the scope for the service we provide.
Do you have a box capable of providing a HD signal?
Yes! Please see the Eurovox EX7000 HD+.
Is the box connected to the computer and if so does this mean that I now view television via the computer screen?
No, the box connects to a Television and is viewed via a Television. If you wish to use the box on a computer you will need a TV Card.
Is the hard drive necessary, or why would I require a Hard Drive?
No the hard drive is not necessary; it is only required to record or rewind / fast forward live TV on one of our PVR boxes. The only box with this functionality is ‘The Box PVR’

How do I cancel My order?
You can cancel your order if it was placed within the last 12 hours buy sending an email to:- info@iwantabox.com
Detailing what product(s) you purchased. What methods they were purchased with and who paid for it and who was it delivered to.
If this time has elapsed then your order will already be packed and there will be a £20 cancellation fee.
