Delivery
All purchases that include a Cable or Satellite Receiver will be delivered by Parcelforce Courier. These goods will have an online tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery via this method will take 24-48 hours to UK from dispatch and 48-72 hours to Ireland from dispatch.
All small goods are sent via Royal Mail and tracking may not be provided.
Delivery price is included on all products being purchased for UK or Ireland destinations*. If you require delivery to an alternative destination a further payment may be required.
If you have not received your purchase within 5 working days please do contact us.
All purchases will be delivered to the address provided on your Iwantabox registration. If you would like your purchase to be delivered to an alternative address please do email this to iwantaboxsales@gmail.com directly after making your payment.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
Iwantabox now offer Same Day Dispatch. Your order will go out the same day you make payment. This is available on all orders that include a Cable or Satellite Receiver. Delivery will be 24 hours from dispatch.
This service costs £10 and is currently only available to our UK customers. This is only available by emailing our customer service department at iwantaboxsales@gmail.com
All orders will need to be received by 4pm Monday-Thursday. Any orders received Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
Saturday delivery is available. This is currently unavailable on the website and will need to be purchased via our customer services department at iwantaboxsales@gmail.com. This is £15 and only available to UK customers. All Saturday delivery orders will need to be received by 3pm Friday.
* Delivery to Ireland is only included on the following receivers: Starview 6 and Starview Combo
